We've just started collecting testimonials, but thought you might enjoy this:

"I just wanted you to know that in spite of a shorter aging than we requested (we got the beef Thursday, Nov. 21, which I figure was about 12 days of aging at the most) we ate our first steaks Saturday and enjoyed them tremendously. They were tender, tasty and as good as any we've ever eaten! Would we do it all again? Yes, although we filled one freezer and part of another with the beef! So, we won't be back for a while. If you'd like to use us as a reference, we'd be glad to be one."
