Grass-fed beef is beef in its natural state before it is "finished" on grain,
usually corn, in the feed lot process. Our animals feed only on native grasses supplemented
with alfalfa hay in the winter and are raised as "naturally" and as stress free
as possible. We use a minimum of vaccines, antibiotics only when necessary and no
growth hormones. And we never feed our livestock animal products.
Grass-fed beef and lamb, as opposed to feedlot-finished grainfed animals, have been
compared to the best wild game meat. Prices vary with wholesale market values but generally
run as indicated in the online inquiry form below.
